Course description
This course is designed to be the core initial training for Unite workplace reps.
The course covers a wide range of knowledge and skills needed by the new Rep including:
• Key skills for organising your workplace
• Handling discipline and grievance cases
• Communication skills
• Introduction to Employment Law Equality at Work
